pkr11 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkr11", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the pkr11 platform at pkr11.org, licensed under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the pkr11 website, mobile web experience, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services accessible at pkr11.org.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pkr11 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the pkr11 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's Account on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or loyalty reward made available to a Player by pkr11.
• "Wager" means any bet placed, game round played, or stake committed through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and address verification process required under our licensing obligations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkr11 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including pkr11's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pkr11 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pkr11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkr11 strictly prohibits access by minors and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of pkr11 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed by pkr11 for breach of these Terms.

pkr11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by pkr11 will result in Account suspension.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access pkr11's services, you must complete the registration process at pkr11 Login and create a single Account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the process.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on pkr11. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. pkr11 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated Wagers, and forfeit any balances or Bonuses held therein without prior notice.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. pkr11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pkr11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pkr11 is required under its international gaming license to conduct identity verification on all Accounts. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used. pkr11 may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or both pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Winnings will not be released until KYC is completed to pkr11's satisfaction.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkr11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. pkr11 does not accept or process payments in any other currency without explicit prior agreement.

5.2 Third-Party Payment Prohibition

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. pkr11 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard. pkr11 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, with or without prior notice, in accordance with its licensing obligations and risk management policies.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts before 20:00 PKT on a business day will ordinarily be processed on the same day. pkr11 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. pkr11 will not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. pkr11 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances after written notice has been issued to the registered email address. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant Account should contact support.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All Bonuses offered by pkr11, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and Loyalty Program rewards, are subject to specific wagering requirements and qualifying conditions set out in the relevant promotional terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotional-specific terms, the promotional-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits and any winnings derived from Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. Wagers placed on certain game types (including, without limitation, certain table games and live casino games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements, as specified per promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pkr11 reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; using Bonuses with low-variance betting strategies designed to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine gaming risk; or any other conduct that pkr11 determines to constitute unfair exploitation of a promotional offer.

6.4 Loyalty Program

The pkr11 Loyalty Program operates under its own set of terms and conditions, which are published separately on the Loyalty Program page. Participation in the Loyalty Program is subject to compliance with these Terms.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

A Wager is accepted and binding on pkr11 only upon receipt of a confirmation message within the Platform. pkr11 accepts no responsibility for Wagers that fail to register due to communication failures, system errors, or internet disruptions on the Player's side.

7.2 Errors in Odds

pkr11 endeavours to maintain accurate odds and market prices at all times. In the event that a manifest error in odds is identified — including clearly incorrect prices resulting from system faults or human error — pkr11 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to the Player's Wallet. pkr11's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final and binding.

7.3 Void Bets

A Wager may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation; abandonment of a match without resumption within a specified period; proven corruption or match-fixing; or manifest errors as described above. The decision to void a Wager rests solely with pkr11 and will be communicated to the Player through the Account transaction history.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid change and may be suspended or closed at pkr11's discretion at any time during an event. Wagers placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined — due to delays in data transmission or any other cause — will be voided. Players acknowledge that in-play betting carries inherent timing risks and accept these risks by participating.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

pkr11 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day across sports betting and casino products. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant product section of the Platform. pkr11 reserves the right to reduce or cap payouts in exceptional circumstances, including system errors that resulted in incorrect odds.

8. Casino Games

8.1 Game Integrity

All slot and random number generator (RNG) games available on the pkr11 Platform use independently certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are random, independent, and not influenced by previous results or by pkr11. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available within the respective game's information panel.

8.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios with professionally trained dealers. The rules governing each live casino game variant — including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar — are displayed within each game environment and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, pkr11's server-side records of the game state at the time of disconnection will be used to determine the outcome.

8.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a malfunction of any casino game, including software errors, display faults, or connectivity issues that result in an ambiguous game outcome, pkr11 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the Player's Wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. pkr11's determination of whether a malfunction has occurred is final.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance and Bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by pkr11.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned and will be voided by pkr11.
• Colluding with other Players, including through sharing of information in live casino or poker-style games.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or other financial crime purpose.
• Placing Wagers on behalf of any third party, including as part of a syndicate, unless expressly permitted in writing by pkr11.
• Any conduct that pkr11 reasonably determines to be abusive toward Platform staff or other Players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr11 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, text, graphics, logos, icons, and game content — is the intellectual property of pkr11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

pkr11 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without pkr11's prior written consent.

11. Privacy & Data

pkr11's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the pkr11 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

pkr11 processes personal data for purposes including Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming obligations, payment processing, and marketing communications where you have provided consent. pkr11 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

12. Responsible Gaming

pkr11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly within their Account settings, without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account from all gaming activity for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pkr11 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected and will be processed within 24 hours of your request.

pkr11 will use reasonable measures to honour self-exclusion requests, including preventing marketing communications to self-excluded Players. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to visit our Responsible Gaming page. pkr11 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by individuals aged under 21.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr11 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond pkr11's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkr11's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. pkr11's aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pkr11 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding Bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.2 Termination by pkr11

pkr11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC; or as required by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of termination due to your breach of these Terms, pkr11 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr11 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

pkr11 operates an internal dispute resolution process. If you wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform or these Terms, please contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. pkr11 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.

16. Amendments

pkr11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material, pkr11 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
